Susanna Farms

Spend a full day in the quiet at Susanna Farms, a family farm and equestrian wellness center in Lake Villa.
The day begins outside with a grounding meditation with the horses, then moves into the barn for gentle yoga, immersive sound baths with guided meditation, and time in silence. There is also unhurried time grooming the horses, and the day closes with a fireside chat after dark. Sound healing is led by Laced in Harmony and Ayla Heffernan.
Breakfast, a light lunch and an early dinner are included. No experience with yoga, meditation or sound healing is necessary — all are welcome.
Saturday, November 7, 2026, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. $150 per person. Space is limited and advance registration is required. Please dress for the weather; part of the day is outdoors.
