Tinicum Park

THE premier cycling event in scenic Bucks County. Held each year on a beautiful Sunday with the gorgeous fall colors shouting out, the CBR, as our members call it, is our best event ever.
You have five great routes to choose from -- the family-friendly 20 or 30 mile route (uses the towpath along the Delaware river, which is a fine-cinder and hardpacked dirt trail, for part of these routes), or the hillier 35, 55 or 65 mile rides (all on paved roads) -- plus plenty of great food. Travel through up to six historic covered bridges. Fatter tired bikes work best on the cinder-based paths for the 20 or 30 mile route
All rides conclude with a Grande Finale Picnic.
Rides start and end at Tinicum Park, along the banks of the Delaware River. Join 1,000+ riders from all over the northeastern United States who come to ride through some of the most beautiful areas in this part of the country.

By improving how you breathe, you’ll discover the power you possess to cultivate balance, ease, and mental clarity. This way of moving and breathing is simple, gentle, and enjoyable. It is useful for those with challenges like asthma, anxiety, chronic fatigue, ADHD, or persistent “foggy brain.” But you don’t have to have breathing problems to benefit. Everyone can use a more refined relationship with their body and breathing. Details Here.

Get Sense-able: Awakening with Four Things You Already Do: Sitting, standing, walking, and lying down: We find ourselves in these four postures every day. They are so constant that we don’t notice how we do them, or even what they feel like. Bringing present moment awareness
to our everyday movements wakes us up.
This experiential workshop will use applied Alexander Technique
and mindfulness-in-motion to explore what it is to move and live in our bodies – no matter what challenges they may bring – with ease, balance, and clarity. This process does not correct for Right and Wrong ways of moving but instead emphasizes freedom from stuck patterns and stale reactions. We’ll investigate what might be getting in the way of flow, steadiness, and pleasure when we move. Details Here.
