Carlos is the Summer 2012 Editorial Intern for North Pinellas Patch, focusing as a Weekend and Events Editor. He is a college student in his final year at the University of South Florida in Tampa and started writing about food on online food communities in 2006. Since then he has gone on to write for local publications, such as Creative Loafing, and been featured in Zagat and several other websites for his rising Tampa-based media website and food blog Carlos Eats (http://www.carloseats.com).
