Soroptimist International of Greater Davis, Neighbor

Soroptimist International of Greater Davis is a women's service organization located in Davis, CA. It was chartered on September 8, 1985 by a group of 30 members. The club meets on the first and third Wednesdays of every month at Carlton Plaza of Davis at 7pm. You can find us on the third floor. Please join us to learn more about how we give back to the community and work to improve the lives of women and girls everywhere.

The name Soroptimist, means "best for women," and that's what the organization strives to achieve. Soroptimists are women at their best working to help other women to be their best. A Soroptimist is a person working in a profession or business or recently retired from or temporarily or permanently out of work from a profession or business. Members of Soroptimist International of Greater Davis include women of all ages, cultures and ethnic groups.
