MONDAYS DON’T HAVE TO SUCK.

Sunday night has a way of turning into Monday before you ever fall asleep. The workweek starts running through your head, your body stays switched on and the last few hours of the weekend stop feeling restorative.

Sleep Reset Sundays is a weekly Sunday-evening class designed to give you a better transition. Through gentle breathing practices, nervous-system downshifting, guided relaxation and practical sleep tools, we’ll create space between the weekend and the week ahead.

This is not an intense workout or a class you need experience to “do right.” Come as you are, slow down and leave with tools you can use again when you get home.

WHAT TO EXPECT
• Guided breathing for relaxation and downshifting
• Simple nervous-system regulation practices
• Guided deep rest / relaxation
• Practical tools for your nighttime routine
• A calmer close to the weekend
