The <a href="https://www.limusichalloffame.org/museum/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Long Island Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame</a>&nbsp;(97 Main Street, Stony Brook, NY) will host its 2nd Annual LIMEHOF&nbsp;Summer Band Camp Concert on&nbsp;Aug. 2nd at 3pm. The event is open to the public. The concert is free for LIMEHOF Members, included with general admission ticket or $10 concert ticket available at the door.

The second annual LIMEHOF Summer Band Camp Concert will feature High School Student musicians from our summer band camp program which runs from July 27-31st
and features professional musicians as guest instructors including Brady Rymer, Johnny Farina, Roger Earl and Kerry Kearney. LIMEHOF Summer Band Camp Concert at LI Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame on Aug. 2nd 

As part of the <a href="https://www.limusichalloffame.org/museum/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Long Island Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame</a> Soundtrack to Summer Series, Musician Tommy Sullivan (a member of the Brooklyn Bridge)&nbsp;will perform LIVE music and Comedian John Ziegler&nbsp;will open with comedy set at the <a href="https://www.limusichalloffame.org/museum/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Long Island Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame</a> in Stony Brook Village (97 Main Street, Stony Brook, NY) on Aug. 16th from 3-4pm.&nbsp;The event is free for members or with general admission ticket purchase or $10 at the door concert ticket purchase.&nbsp;

About Tommy Sullivan
A life-long Long Islander and proud U.S. Army veteran, Tommy Sullivan enlisted in 1965 and was accepted to the United States Military Academy Band, where he created the first official rock group at West Point.
Reentering civilian life in 1968, he helped create the Rhythm Method, a 7-piece Long Island band which was discovered by Johnny Maestro, then singing lead with the Del-Satins. The combined groups became the Brooklyn Bridge. As band leader and musical director, Tommy penned the group’s horn arrangements on every Bridge hit, including their gold record, Worst that could happen.
Upon leaving the Bridge, Tommy co-founded Atlantic Records’ supergroup Ramatam, which was Jimi Hendrix Experience drummer Mitch Mitchell’s first group following Hendrix’ death. For the second Ramatam LP Tommy wrote and orchestrated original material which featured select members of the NY Philharmonic Orchestra.
Together with Johnny Maestro, Tommy co-produced Johnny’s final CD, Peace on earth. The critically acclaimed album features Tommy’s arrangements &amp; orchestrations, plus several of his original songs.
A Charter Inductee to the LI Music Hall of Fame, Tommy Sullivan continues to write, record, arrange and produce records, serve as musical director/ arranger/conductor for projects across many musical genres plus donates dozens of performances annually for numerous charity events. Tommy Sullivan’s dynamic and unique one-man show, A thousand memories, featuring his vocals and performances on four instruments, has been packing concert auditoriums, nightclubs, private parties–even vineyards-for the past several years.
John Zeigler
Born and raised in New York, John has performed stand-up comedy for close to 20 years and was the winner of the 2016 "Funniest Comic on the East Coast" Contest at Mohegan Sun. John's opened for such comics as Sebastian Maniscalco, Gilbert Gottfried, Jim Breuer and Robert Klein. He currently headlines clubs across the country and regularly tours with legendary comedian Bobby Collins. John recently released his Dry Bar Comedy Special and Getting My Affairs in Order.

Tommy Sullivan and John Ziegler to Perform at LI Music & Entertainment Hall of Fame on Aug 16th

Musician Kerry Kearney will be bringing his popular guitar masterclass to the <a href="https://www.limusichalloffame.org/museum/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Long Island Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame</a>&nbsp;(97 Main Street, Stony Brook, NY) on Aug. 22nd at 7pm. Limited seats. The event is open to the public and cost $12 for a ticket online or at the door. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own guitars.&nbsp;


Kearney will be working with guitar students demonstrating and teaching advanced guitar playing techniques including slide guitar, fingerpicking, blues and build lead guitar solos. The event will also include a jam session. About Kerry Kearney
Kerry Kearney (pronounced "Car-Nee"), a slide guitar master, plays and works his instrument to limits that amaze even the most seasoned musician or cultured music fan. The sounds Kerry creates from his vintage, stock and custom made guitars are as unique as his song writing and original melodies. Kerry was voted "Best Guitarist of 1999" by the LI Voice and “Bluesman of the Year 2004” by the LI Blues Society. He is also the recipient of the prestigious Long Island Sound Award (L.I.S.A.) from the LI Music Hall of Fame and most recently, in 2013, he and his band mates were each inducted into the New York Blues Hall of Fame. He has toured nationally and internationally with the Allman Brothers Band and Dickey Betts, and has performed with such contemporaries as Sonny Landreth and Robert Randolf. Kerry and his band have shared the stage with the great BB King at the NYCB Westbury Theater and at the Paramount Theater in Huntington, NY, as well as Robert Cray with the Blind Boys of Alabama and The Blues Brothers starring Dan Aykroyd and Jim Belushi. 
 
Kerry Kearney’s style, music from the “Psychedelta”, is his own brand containing an upbeat mix of American Blues &amp; Roots, created from writing and performing on the circuit for over 40 years. Along with his band, he has continued to experience an overwhelming and positive response over the airwaves and especially when performing live. His wailing upbeat style of blues, driven by tasty, inspired guitar riffs, electrifying slide and infectious rhythms, has allowed Kerry to amass a huge loyal following.

RIVERHEAD NY - Victory Pro Wrestling brings its brand of live professional wrestling to Riverhead for the first time on Saturday, Aug. 1, when VPW Outside the Box takes over Box Pickleball. Championships, rivalries and careers will all be on the line as some of the promotion's biggest stars collide in an event built around matches that could reshape the future of VPW.
The night's main event settles one of VPW's fiercest rivalries inside a steel cage. VPW Champion Anthony Gangone and Alvin Alvarez meet one final time with nowhere to run and no outside interference. The stakes could not be higher. If Alvarez cannot defeat Gangone, he will never receive another VPW Championship opportunity as long as Gangone remains champion. One man walks out with the title. The other may watch his championship dream disappear forever.
The VPW New York State Championship picture also heats up as champion David Graham faces returning former champion Dante Drago. Graham enters Riverhead after an impressive victory over Filipino Grigio, but Drago returns determined to reclaim the championship he once held and remind everyone why his name still commands respect.
The VPW Tag Team Championships will be defended in a volatile triple threat match as Committed to Excellence battles Security Inc and ManteChica. The champions survived their last title defense only to be blindsided by Security Inc after the match. ManteChica has unfinished business and wants another opportunity at the gold, while questions remain about the condition of Skyler Mack after a possible injury.
Also scheduled to appear are VPW Women's Champion Amity LaVey, Powerful Ken Powers and many more of the top stars in Victory Pro Wrestling.

Tickets will also be available at the door on event day at Box Pickleball in Riverhead, subject to availability.
