Connor Croll, Neighbor

Connor Croll is a University of Virginia student. He chose organizational sociology as a major because statistics and numbers interest him just as much as human resources. After graduating, Connor plans to use data science to find, hire, develop, and retain workers while tackling people-related business difficulties with a soft edge. Connor excels in transforming facts and insights into smart visualizations and narratives for any audience because he is data-driven and highly analytical. As a lifelong learner, Connor Croll intends to continue acquiring qualifications and credentials after graduation. His innate skills as an active listener and peer educator will benefit him in any career path he chooses moving forward.
