Connections @ the Library, a monthly drop-in gathering hosted by 
Riverside Community Care on the third Wednesday of each month in the 
Morrill Memorial Library's Simoni Room. Each month highlights new ways 
to get connected, as well as focused help from a trusted local resource.
Community Connections @ the Library is designed to help residents 
learn about local resources, programs, and opportunities for personal 
growth and well-being. Meet with a community coach, enjoy friendly 
conversation, and discover ways to strengthen your connection to the 
people and supports around you. Drop in, bring your lunch or a coffee, 
and discover tools in your community that promote balance, resilience, 
and wellness.&nbsp; All are welcome, and all questions are welcome - regardless of each month's highlighted topic.

 is a pilot program through the Norfolk County 8 Collaborative, funded 
by participating communities using settlement funds from opioid 
manufacturers, distributors, and pharmacies.

Morrill Memorial Library is thrilled to host Joan Celebi, a professional photographer, for a workshop, Photographing and Capturing the Beauty of Flowers and Gardens on Thursday July 16, 2026 from 6:30PM - 8:30PM.&nbsp;
If you love flowers, plants, and gardens, chances are you love taking
 pictures of them too! How do you elevate your flower and plant photos 
from nice snapshots to gorgeous images that you’ll treasure for years to
 come?
Join us to learn a set of simple techniques for taking stunning 
flower and garden photos. All cameras, phones, and experience levels are
 welcome! You’ll have a chance to try your new skills as we photograph 
real flowers and experiment with backgrounds, small lights, reflectors, 
diffusers, Lensball, special effect attachments for your phone, and 
more. You’ll be amazed at the beautiful images you can create! Joan will
 bring flowers in a variety of colors, shapes, and textures.
About the presenter: Joan Celebi is a Massachusetts-based 
event, lifestyle, and branding photographer with a specialty in garden 
photography. A certified educator, she leads photo walks and teaches 
workshops and classes on a variety of topics. Joan believes "photography
 is for everyone," and aims to make photography accessible, empowering, 
and fun for all.

This program is free and open to all and recommended for ages 
16+. Registration is required.
