Memory Care Café, Neighbor

I am helping to expand a wonderful new program in the San Francisco Bay Area for people living at home with early stage memory loss (or "Forgetfulness" as we like to call it) and their care partners. Memory Care Café meets in various locations around San Francisco and Marin Counties on a weekly basis. We go to museums, parks, cafés and do creative and engaging activities together.
