This group is a safe space for anyone navigating mobility challenges — whether you use a wheelchair, walker, cane, rollator, scooter, crutches, or you’re adjusting to temporary or long-term changes in how you move through the world. This group is grounded in lived experience, mutual support, and the understanding that mobility journeys can be complex, emotional, and ever changing.
We come together to share what’s hard, what’s working, and what we’re learning along the way. This is a place where you can show up exactly as you are — whether you’re rebuilding strength, adjusting to new limitations, grieving what’s changed, or celebrating small wins. Our focus is on connection, compassion, and community care, not perfection or pressure.

For the sixteenth year in a row, the two neighborhoods of Sawyer Hill Ecovillage in Berlin will be celebrating the environmental holiday Give Your Stuff Away Day. We do it by, well, giving away stuff -- toys, clothes, books/media, electronics, cookware, housewares, office supplies, furniture, you name it. Basically, it's anything you might find at a multifamily yard sale, but all totally free!
Hours are from 9 am to 1 pm. PLEASE, no early birds!

It’s time to get part of your Saturday night back! Drop the kids off at USA Ninja Challenge Marlborough for an action-packed evening while you head out to enjoy some well-deserved "me time." We’ll handle the energy; you handle the relaxation!

In our final concert of the season SPM is thrilled to present two younger rising-star violinists, 14-year-old Samuel Lee and 15-year-old Takahiro Higuchi, both making their orchestral soloist debuts! Already winners of multiple competitions, they will perform the high-energy Concerto for Two Violins by Antonio Vivaldi, the spiky Concerto for Two Violins by Bronislav Martinu and the high-intensity, showpiece for two violins and orchestra, “Navarra,” by Pablo de Sarasate. You will be dazzled by their youthful energy and high-power virtuosity! With spring in the air, you'll be entertained by SPM's renditions of George Gershwin's Cuban Overture, An American in Paris, and "Walking the Dog," with clarinet solos by our outstanding principal clarinetist, Diego Bacigalupe.
