As a life coach, I work with my clients collaboratively to help them identify goals, create a meaningful vision, make decisions and develop a plan to which I hold them accountable. Through the use of powerful questions and intuitive insights, I help clients achieve clarity and empower themselves to take action. With a broad range of life and career experiences as well as professional training, I have worked with clients to effect positive change in relationships, fitness, weight loss, career choice, organizational skills, spending habits, work/life balance and more. I have helped clients navigate difficult transitions such as parenthood, empty nest, divorce, caregiving and death. And I have worked with clients to develop their dream of starting a small business. I believe we all deserve the very best life. My quest as a life coach is to help my clients move forward and improve their satisfaction with themselves and their lives!
