This yoga class is designed to be for everyone and anyone, so if you have no previous yoga experience that is not a problem. The instructor will guide you through the class with ease. Not into yoga? No problem, come for the cute goats! The addition of plenty of gentle Nigerian Dwarf goats provides great stress-relief and lots of smiles and laughs throughout this class. Our goats are very friendly, curious creatures, so be carefully what you bring to class. They are great at snuggling, and so much fun to watch play. We will have our Goat Wranglers walking around to take pictures for you at any time. We also allow time after class to mingle with the goats (and humans) and take additional photos. We are family friendly, beginner friendly, and allow ages 7+ with a parent or guardian. Goat Yoga makes a great date or group activity or an unforgoatable birthday surprise!</a>
