Eddie Grassi, Local Business

Hello! I teach chess classes at ICEC's after-school program in Millbrae. My class, Chess for School Success, is for all ages K-12 and every level, from beginners to advanced. While chess is fun and extremely engaging, my lessons are ultimately designed to help students with academic achievement. Chess is known to help students increase focus and attention, test-taking, memory, problem-solving and confidence. I bring 40 years of experience playing and teaching chess. I’ve taught fourth grade in the Millbrae School District for the past 30 years.
