Elmer L. Snow, Neighbor

Elmer is a native of Knoxville, TN. who incorporates a lot of "former" in his titles.  A former (retired) police detective from Prince George's County, Maryland, former personal protection specialist for numerous corporate executives and entertainers, former newspaper reporter, former business owner, and finally----an author who has written four books relating to serial killers, stalkers, a war time assignment in Iraq, and pursuing terrorists.

When he's not playing a bad game of golf, he's watching the Atlanta Braves who always convince him that "life is good."
