Under the direction of acclaimed&nbsp;Music Director and Conductor George Ogata, accomplished musicians from MIT and the Greater Boston area will perform two beloved masterpieces: Prokofiev’s&nbsp;Symphony No. 5 and Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9, "From the New World." These powerful works evoke themes of hope and optimism in an ever-changing world—and serve as a reminder of the creativity and shared humanity that connect us all.

Looking to deepen your spiritual practice and or enhance your self-care routine? Usui Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing modality and spiritual practice that offers a simple, supportive way to encourage relaxation, inner balance, and a greater sense of connection to yourself and others.

In this Reiki One class, you will be introduced to the foundations of Reiki in a welcoming, accessible environment. Whether you are brand new to energy work or returning to refresh your practice, this class is designed to help you build confidence, understand the basics, and begin using Reiki as part of everyday self-care.

Together, we will explore the history and benefits of Reiki, learn traditional Reiki hand positions, and discuss how Reiki can be offered informally to family members and loved ones.

You will also learn foundational energy management practices and chakra basics, giving you practical tools to support your own well-being and approach Reiki with clarity, care, and grounded intention.

This class is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who feels called to begin a Reiki practice, reconnect with the basics, or share the experience with a friend or family member who is ready to learn.
