Estelle Sobel Erasmus (www.estelleerasmus.com or http://www.facebook.com/estelle.sobel.erasmus) is a journalist, former magazine editor and author (Hachette Filipacchi’s <i>Body by Jake</i>, <i>Woman’s Own</i>, <i>American Woman</i>, <i>The American Breast Cancer Guide</i>), whose life and lifestyle has completely changed since the birth of her daughter in April 2009. She has just been appointed to be a Director on the Board of Directors of the national non-profit organization Mothers &amp; More, she is an active member of seven meetup.com mommy groups, the&#34;teachable moments&#34; reporter for www.examiner.com (Jersey City),  and will shortly debut a blog on her transformative journey through motherhood.
