Evan Walsh, Neighbor

Evan Walsh is Team Leader of The Walsh Team at William Raveis Real Estate and has spent 20 years helping buyers and sellers throughout Greater Boston and MetroWest. A Dover native who now lives in Medfield with his wife, Stephanie, and their daughter, Bridget, Evan combines deep local knowledge with a strategic, straightforward approach to real estate.

Recognized among the Top 100 Social Media Marketing Agents worldwide, Evan serves on the William Raveis Luxury Marketing Advisory Committee and previously chaired the Greater Boston Association of Realtors Communications Committee.

Marketing, renovation potential and new construction are particular areas of expertise. Evan works with buyers, sellers and builders to identify opportunities, evaluate properties, make smart design decisions, and strategically position homes for the market. His own home has been featured in The Boston Globe and is scheduled to appear in Modern Farmhouse Magazine.

Outside of real estate, Evan hosts the Hustle Baby Podcast, highlighting local businesses, entrepreneurs and community members. A cancer survivor, he also supports the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation and has partnered with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to support innovative cancer research.
