With two decades of real estate experience, Evan Walsh has built a successful career helping buyers and sellers navigate complex transactions with clarity, strategy, and confidence. He grew up in Dover, where his understanding of the local market took shape, and now lives in Medfield with his wife, Stephanie, and their daughter, Bridget.

Evan has been ranked among the Top 100 Social Media Marketing Agents worldwide and currently serves on the William Raveis Luxury Marketing Advisory Committee. He is also the former Chairman of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors Communications Committee, where his focus was consumer education, communication standards, and transparency.

Marketing and new construction are core areas of Evan’s expertise. He has guided many buyers through the new-build process, from site selection and builder relationships to vendor meetings, product decisions, specifications, and pricing strategy. He works closely with builders to identify opportunities and position homes effectively for today’s market. Evan has a strong appreciation for construction and design, and his own home has been featured in The Boston Globe and is scheduled to appear in an upcoming issue of Modern Farmhouse Magazine.

Known for combining data-driven strategy with modern presentation, Evan is also a skilled drone operator and aerial photographer, using visual storytelling thoughtfully when it adds value and clarity.

Beyond real estate, Evan hosts the Hustle Baby Podcast, a local-focused series highlighting small businesses, entrepreneurs, and community members. He is also a cancer survivor and an active supporter of the Damon Runyan Cancer Research Foundation, partnering with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to help fund innovative cancer research.
