We are the newest yoga studio in Novato! Offering a variety of classes for seniors as well as Hatha, vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and gentle for everyone else wanting to improve their bodies and minds. Our space is open with beautiful sunlight shining through the big glass windows, and our teachers are well versed and trained in their respective fields. We are located in Triangle Plaza on S. Novato Blvd with plenty of parking. Stop in for a free class and take a deep breath as you settle in to your new yoga home.
