I am an RYT 500 Yoga Teacher specializing in Yoga Therapy for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and back pain. I inspire students to develop an authentic practice of self-care, understanding that life and yoga are not ‘One Size Fits All’.

You can find me teaching incarcerated youth at the Alameda County Juvenile Justice Center through the Niroga Institute, as well as weekly group classes, private and small group lessons, workshops, and teacher trainings throughout the bay area.
