Winchester’s Farmers Market, a community gathering place since 2008, opens for the season on Saturday, June 13.The Market, which operates from the second Saturday in June until the last Saturday in October, is open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.on the Town Common.Come and shop for fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, chicken, and meat from local farms, as well as fresh fish, and a tantalizing array of baked goods, prepared foods, and more. Opening day also features live music with the “heavy jazz” trio Vimana, who will kick off this year’s PorchFest.

From 1:30-4:00 PM, enjoy performances by Jason Levasseur, The DellaValla Trio, and Skye Darling, then prepare to be amazed as illusionist Norman Ng dazzles audiences with mind-bending sleight-of-hand and logic-defying magic.
The fun doesn’t stop there! Express your creativity with face painting by Molly Della Valla and beautiful henna art by Kathryn Scott of Life in Henna. With music, magic, art, and plenty of fresh air, there’s something for everyone to enjoy at this family-friendly celebration!
