Jim is an Independent CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™professional and investment consultant. He brings over a decade of experience in helping create customized financial, investment, and wealth-preservation strategies for families, business-owners, and executives.

Jim started his career with New York Life, gaining extensive training in insurance and asset protection as it applied to the estate planning needs of his clients. While with New York Life, Jim consistently qualified for the Million Dollar Roundtable, a distinction recognized internationally as the standard of excellence in the life insurance and financial services industries. Wanting to provide his clients with conflict-free financial advice, Jim decided to move to the independent channel and now affiliates his practice with LPL Financial (the largest independent broker-dealer in the US based on total revenues as reported by Financial Planning magazine, June 1996-2013).

A life-long Boston resident, Jim remains a highly involved alum of both Stonehill College (BA in Economics) and Boston Latin School. Jim holds his Series 6, 63, 65, and 7 securities registrations with LPL Financial as well as CFP® and CLU designations.
