Jonathan Tooker embraces the fields of science and math, as he has ever since his high school years. He has always been able to see their value to the world and believes they are important areas of study. Science enables us to advance to the next levels of industry and keeps us informed about our natural environment. Mathematics is important because it has been passed down for thousands of years across the globe. Mathematics helps us understand patterns, learn about our history, and predict the future. We use math to understand the world and vice versa.
In addition to being a data analyst with a passion for science and math, Jonathan Tooker has a passion for keeping fit. Exercise is amazing for the human body. According to health professionals and researchers, people should aim for the minimum, which is to try to reach at least 30 minutes a day. The benefits of incorporating a regular routine are unparalleled. For people who make exercise a consistent part of life, they get to enjoy various fruits of their labor such as reducing their risk of heart attacks, type 2 diabetes, and some cancers. For active people, there is also the added benefit of lower cholesterol levels and weight management. Making fitness a priority also provides stronger bones, joints, and muscles.
In addition to all the physical benefits, Jonathan Tooker knows that regular exercise has also been proven to benefit people’s mood and increase their overall well-being. The science behind this says that frequent exercise makes your body produce the “feel good” hormones such as serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins. It’s also a great way to boost your mood and focus on the positives. In addition, participating in a group setting or going to a gym provides opportunities to meet new people and socialize.
