The only traditional Chinese Kung Fu school in the area. We teach Jow Ga Kung Fu, Lion Dance, Yang style Tai Chi Chuan and a women only fitness/self-defense class. We opened in July of 2012 with the purpose of promoting traditional Chinese Martial Arts for health and self defense.
