My name is Jenn Roberts and I am an AuPairCare representative in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  I have worked for AuPairCare since 2013.  I have three teenage children. I enjoy reading, cooking and watching sports. As an AuPairCare representative, my role is to provide personal and proactive support to families and au pairs. I am responsible for interviewing host families, conducting an arrival orientation, organizing monthly activities, maintaining monthly contact, and providing other support as needed. There are approximately 30 au pairs and families living in my cluster. We are hoping to grow the Pittsburgh area to enhance the cultural experience for both Host Families and au pairs. Au pairs can enjoy performing arts in the cultural district, athletic pursuits in and along the rivers, and diverse eateries and museums throughout our unique neighborhoods.
