With over 20 years of ongoing dance experience with the Bay Area's finest instructors as well as intensives with visiting stars such as Dalia Carella, Leila Haddad, Momo Kadous, and Reyhan Tuzsuz.  Her work with The Voice of Roma and World Arts West over the last ten years has created more insight into other cultures beyond her Mediterranean Folkloric specialties.  She has performed with Troupe Karasheba, The Arabian Spice Co., and Dance Journey.  She is now the Director of The Sea Gypsy Ensemble.  She is also an accomplished soloist most known for her Saidi Raks Assaya and Turkish Romani performances.  Katherine is available for private and small group lessons in music and country specific Roma Gypsy styles, Flamenco, and bellydance, as well as event production and MC work.
