Somerville Homeless Coalition, Neighbor

The Somerville Homeless Coalition serves homeless, near-homeless, and hungry families and individuals. We run two shelters, provide case management services to help transition people from being homeless to housed and supportive services to help them maintain their housing. We also offer homeless prevention assistance and a food pantry, Project SOUP, and meals program. In 2015 we served over 2,000 people, including 665 children.
