This will be my second year hosting a lemonade stand. What I experienced last year was above and beyond what I imagined. The community of Needham, Massachusetts met at the corner of Great Plain Avenue and Greendale for 3 days and raised $2430. My family came by, served lemonade and shared Alex's story ONE CUP AT A TIME. Friends not only donated money but a few donated their time and served lemonade beside me and my family to raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer. On June 11th, I have asked my niece in Greenwood, IN to help me to share Alex's Story and to listen to others share theirs. I believe, together, we can raise over $3000 during the Lemonade Days. It is with great honor to squeeze as many lemons as it takes to help find a cure.
