Leahbasile, Neighbor

Leah has a BA in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University. She has worked in sales, finance and administration for two decades. She chose to "retire" and become a stay at home mother. She is currently President of the Board of Directors for Portola Hills II HOA, one of the largest HOAs in the city. She was instrumental in having Saddleback Ranch Road reassessed due to safety concerns.
