If you've ever wondered what you could do if someone bigger than you grabs you, comes at you with a bat, or follows you down the street with extra creepy vibes...
Try out a women's self defense class!
$50 gets you into this workshop AND lets you train with us for a full week. The fee is credited back to you if you become a member.
In this class, you'll learn about how we use leverage to negotiate size and strength differences. You'll learn about important statistics and psychology behind violence towards women, and learn what you can do and practice to be better prepared for what may happen.
This class is appropriate for women of all ages 16 and up. We've had everyone from age 18 to 80 join us in the past. This will be a great experience for anyone who wants to come and learn.
