I'm a life coach, musician, and sound healing artist.

It is my intention to provide support and encouragement for adults seeking <strong>to live with more creativity and passion</strong>, to move <strong>beyond survival mode</strong>, and to experience greater inner <strong>peace</strong>, <strong>joy and freedom</strong>.

I offer one-on-one coaching for individuals by phone or Skype, in-person Healing Hikes in the San Francisco Bay Area, and custom-designed, light-hearted workshops for groups using the principles of music improvisation to enhance communication, creativity, and self-awareness. I am also a performing musician, currently part of the acoustic rock duo, Chinese Melodrama.
