Liza is a certified Integrative Nutrition® Health Coach, author, and passionate advocate for women’s wellness in perimenopause and beyond. With a background in foreign languages, culinary arts, and holistic health, she helps overwhelmed midlife women to stop performing wellness and start embodying it, to stop fixing their broken and start gently unfurling their perfect.
Her EAT | Your Way to Health™ and Stewarding Emotional Eating™ programs support women in renegotiating their relationship with food, stress, and themselves, finally coming into full alignment their intuition and entering a season of sacred harvest in place of decline.
When she’s not coaching clients or leading workshops, Liza enjoys learning foreign languages, hiking in Scotland, walking with Kermit the Dog, and writing about the intersection of language, food, wellness, and self-discovery. She is the author of Fl!p Your K!tchen® (How to cook 21 meals a week from scratch without spending your life in the kitchen), blogs at Simply: Health Coaching, and hosts the Simply: Health Coaching Podcast, where she shares practical tools and inspiring stories for aging disgracefully.
