Crossroads at Lakewood is located west of Denver in Jefferson County.

Recently voted "Best Memory Care in Lakewood" and achieving a deficiency-free survey from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Crossroads at Lakewood welcomes residents into a beautiful Craftsman-style building with large windows, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of amenities to care for your loved one. Residents can stay in a private studio apartment or share an apartment with a roommate.

The space is designed specifically for those with dementia, and residents will be allowed to explore the community safely. We also have a specialized memory care program called “In the Moment,” which focuses on physical engagement, spiritual support, artistic expression, community connections, continuing education, and lifestyle and leisure.
