Gary and Mary West PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a nonprofit healthcare program in San Marcos dedicated to helping North County seniors live independently at home while receiving the care they need. Our program offers a unique, person-centered approach, providing a wide range of services under one roof, including medical care, physical therapy, social services, transportation, nutritious meals, and enriching activities at our Adult Day Center.

Designed for low-income adults 55+ who qualify for Medi-Cal or are dual-eligible for Medicare/Medi-Cal, West PACE is a lifeline for those managing chronic conditions and navigating daily challenges. With a compassionate team of healthcare and social service professionals, we create tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of every participant, ensuring health, safety, and dignity.
