Maryam Soroush, Vice-President and Co-Founder of Impressive Home Solutions Group, is a native of the Washington DC Metro area and she studied communications at George Mason University. She has 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry and in 2012 became a licensed Realtor. In 2004, she launched her first mortgage branch, which eventually expanded to a staff of 30 over 3 branches. Her responsibilities included originating and closing loans, training her team on loan products, inaugurating marketing and networking programs, and managing the profit and loss of each branch. In 2008, Maryam became involved in bank REO programs, attaining a vast knowledge of the process of buying and selling distressed properties. In early 2012, she helped to create Impressive Home Solutions Group, LLC. Maryam manages not only the financing aspect but the buying, selling and marketing of each property. She has conducted many education seminars to teach and guide first time buyers as well veterans on preparing for the home buying process.
