• Woman in wheelchair dies after being struck by pickup in Fairfax County (insidenova.com) — A woman using a wheelchair was fatally struck by a pickup truck Thursday evening at Richmond Highway and Dart Drive in Hybla Valley, according to Fairfax County police. Investigators say the driver stayed at the scene and that alcohol and speed do not appear to be factors as crash reconstruction detectives continue their work.
