Nicole Colantonio, Neighbor

Nicole Colantonio is a 19 year old college student who has lived in Braintree for 17 years.  Originally from Dorchester, she has much experience and familiarity with the Boston area lifestyle and culture, both close to the city and in the suburbs.

A contributor to the Rolling Stonehill, the arts and culture magazine at Stonehill College, she was also the editor of the Rolling Stonehill blog, a weekly updated review of arts and culture events on campus and in the greater Boston area.  She has also contributed to the Braintree Forum and has sumbitted various other pieces in smaller publications.  She will be a sophomore this fall at Stonehill College, where she studies Mediated Communications with a focus on social media, English and French.

She spends her free time scouring the area for the best art and culture experiences for the best prices (because everyone knows what the budget of a college student is like), including the ever-continuing quest for perfect one-bite foods and well-crafted amuse-bouches.  She will be contributing to the Patch with an analysis on arts and culture through the eyes of a fresh, young mind, with Braintree roots.

She is currently employed working in technology services at both Milton Academy and Stonehill College.
