As a Berklee College of Music graduate, his career started in songwriting, music publishing, and artist development earning several #1 Billboard-charting singles. His path led him to co-own ventures such as Pun Pantry, a novelty e-commerce gift brand, and more recently, Eyes &amp; Ears Creative Inc. which is a media consulting company specializing in network TV music publishing, podcast production, and social media management.&nbsp;
Wearing many hats over the years, Vinny's approach to helping other creatives comes from the same playing field and comes with problem-solving and attention to details, as no two projects are alike. It’s a night of whimsy with music inspired by games. In Mozart’s Musikalisches Würfelspiel, dice rolls from our audience will determine the structure of the piece! We’ll dust off our old, battery powered, primary colored Simon game to perform Nicole Lizée’s Simon Interlude and play selections from György Kurtág’s collection of Játékok or quite literally “games” in Hungarian. Satie’s humorous and eccentric pieces about sports were conceived for a “haute couture artist's book" while Mozart’s iconic Kegelstatt Trio was written while lawn bowling! Winsor is excited to welcome composer and soprano Kate Soper to perform her piece Chutes and Ladders, featuring text by Virgil, diary entries, Markov chains, and board game rules. The New Yorker describes Kate as "one of the great originals of her generation.”
