Ashley Novak

Automate the Boring, Not the Brilliance
Ashley Novak, founder of Glam On Demand & Polished and Prosperous, breaks down which parts of your business should run on autopilot and which parts are the craft.

Prath Krishnamoorthy

Your LinkedIn Is a Windshield, Not a Rearview Mirror. Get Seen On Your Terms.
Most LinkedIn profiles read like a rearview mirror, all about where you've been. This interactive session turns that into a windshield, built on the 3 Ps: Profile, Prep, and Presence. You'll leave with a practical way to be seen on LinkedIn on your own terms and start building connections and opportunities.

Taylor Bruno

AI as Your Newest Employee: How to delegate work, not just ask questions
AI is no longer just a tool for answering questions, it can take on real work. In this practical, approachable session, learn how to delegate tasks to AI, from research and analysis to writing, brainstorming, and everyday business operations, so you can spend less time on busywork and more time on the work that requires your judgment, creativity, and expertise.

Kim Eagle

Social Media That Actually Grows Your Business: What Worked for Me in Under 6 Months
Social media can be so much more than followers, likes, and views—it can become one of the most powerful tools for building a community and growing a business. Kim Eagle, founder of Ladies That Mahj, will share how she used social media to rapidly build an engaged community and thriving business in under six months. She’ll break down what worked, what she learned, and practical strategies you can put into action right away to grow your own business.

Lois Volta

Reclaiming the Work That Holds Us Together
Lois Volta is a Philadelphia-based author and founder of Volta Naturals whose book, Confessions of a Cleaning Lady, challenges the invisible expectations surrounding household labor. Drawing on a decade spent inside family homes, she empowers women to name, own, and redesign the unpaid work of caring, coordinating, and holding it all together, transforming domestic life from a source of guilt into healthier, more egalitarian relationships. For women in business, this conversation is especially relevant because the workday rarely ends when they leave the office. As a successful author and entrepreneur herself, Lois brings a unique perspective to the intersection of professional ambition and the often invisible work of managing a home, exploring how women can rethink what they carry, create greater balance, and build lives that support both their work and their relationships.
