Phyllis Armstrong, Neighbor

For more than two decades, I reported the news for a local television station.  After retiring from WUSA-TV, I had more time for other passions including cooking, reading and freelance writing.  

I grew up in Denver, Colorado and began moving east after college.  Although I lived in three other major cities, the Washington, DC area is the place I call home.
