Pia specializes in the Shaman's Way of Healing, since the age of 12 years old. Pia has a natural ability of magnetically attracting people who seek comfort in her spiritual vibrancy, essence, wisdom and peaceful aura. Pia is trained and certified traditional long form Reiki Master Teacher & Holistic Life Coach. She received her formal certified training of Reiki, the Shamans Way of Healing and Universal Energy medicine from Dogca Universal Wellness. She then went on to become a 300 hr certified Hatha Yoga Teacher trained by Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee at Yoga Shanti, Sag Harbor NY. Combining all her Spiritual training, Pia has created a style and mindful form of Yoga that encourages students to stay connected and aware of their physical body at all times. Pia’s class will motivate, guide and nurture you every step of the way, working towards making the INbody experience as graceful and fluid as possible.
