PRTC - Portsmouth Republican Town Committee, Neighbor

The Portsmouth Republican Town Committee (PRTC) is a local organization made up of mothers, fathers, grandparents, and business owners that reside in the fantastic Town of Portsmouth, Rhode Island.  Each member brings a unique perspective regarding the future direction of the Town of Portsmouth.   We support the Republican beliefs:

Education is a parental right, a state and local responsibility, and a <b>national strategic interest</b>. 

We are inspired by the <strong>power and ingenuity of the individual </strong>to succeed through hard work, family support and self-discipline.

We believe in the <strong>value of voluntary giving and community support </strong>over taxation and forced redistribution.

We believe that <strong>government must be limited </strong>so that it never becomes powerful enough to infringe on the rights of individuals.

We support <strong>low taxes </strong>because individuals know best how to make their own economic and charitable choices

We support <strong>logical business regulations that encourage entrepreneurs to start more businesses </strong>so more individuals can enjoy the satisfaction and fruits of self-made success

Our Republican Party is committed to <strong>preserving our national strength </strong>while working to extend peace, freedom and human rights throughout the world.
