Radiance Yoga

This 4-week series introduces the fundamentals of vinyasa or “flow” yoga and provides a safe, fun and engaging learning environment. Students will learn and demystify all things flow including proper breathing techniques, fundamental yoga poses, and methods for relaxation. This series is taught in a sequential manner to help students build confidence, strength and flexibility to prepare them for our regular flow classes.
PLUS, this series includes an Unlimited Class Pass for students new to Radiance Yoga beginning on the first date of the series through the final class.
All levels are welcome - you don’t need to have a flexible body or a quiet mind to begin-- you just need to show up!

This gathering will include gentle movement, small group discussion, and shared reflection inspired by this timeless and poetic work. This session is designed to offer a balanced blend of movement and mindful dialogue to help you ground into your body and connect with others in a supportive space. Invite presence in your body with yoga before sharing perspective as a group, weaving together the collective wisdom of the room. The session will close with an integrative meditation or reflection to leave you feeling centered.
This event is free for Radiance Yoga Monthly and Yearly members, and open to non-members as a single class pass or drop-in pricing of $30.

Hari will share his thoughts on why he felt another edition of the Gita was called for despite the existence of so many translations and commentaries, what makes the Gita's ancient teachings relevant to the modern world, how to approach the Gita in order to get the most out of it, and how the Gita can help yoga enthusiasts navigate the intersection of yoga and religion. NEW!&nbsp;&nbsp;Linda Cunningham Goldstein, a Sotheby's-trained appraiser will be appraising your treasures for the low, low fee of $15 per verbal appraisal for items that can be carried.&nbsp; She will be located on site inside the lodge.
INDOOR AND OUTDOOR VENDORS!!!&nbsp; &nbsp;Antique, Vintage,&nbsp;Artisans and Crafters will be outside and inside the air-conditioned lodge.&nbsp; 
Great Community Event with something for everyone. Up to 45 Vendors and crafters are set up both inside and outside, with unique, antique, vintage, retro and handmade, bakery and chocolate artisans, handsewn gift items available for purchase. Please Support YOUR local vendors who work so hard to offer unique and lovely items to YOU! 
Many vendors will be selling -- with a variety of antiques and vintage items, from the very impractical (but lovely) to the extremely practical - they have it all! This is a market with all the vintage market wares: antique, vintage, collectibles, coins, stamps,&nbsp;furniture, depression glass, vintage/antique glassware, carpets, vintage clothes, handbags, toys,&nbsp;and more,&nbsp;AS WELL AS Arts &amp; Crafts Artisans, with handmade items, such as vintage and repurposed/handmade jewelry, crystal beaded bracelets, gemstone COMCON&nbsp;and animal figures, handcrafted soap figures, French lavender bud sachets in linen bags. There will be handmade/custom-crafted wreaths, crocheted scarves and hats, crocheted items,&nbsp;figures in lighted glass,&nbsp;gift baskets, great gift ideas. Enjoy browsing all the handmade and hand-picked curated gifts, collectible&nbsp;items, while enjoying the controlled temperature of the lodge building.
