Through performing arts camps, full-scale theatrical productions and in-school workshops, Rising Stars Youth Theatre Company seeks to develop in children and teens confidence, responsibility, teamwork and a greater sense of self and community. City Lights' retains a multicultural teaching artist staff of professional actors, directors, musicians, choreographers and playwrights who create a supportive environment that encourages risk-taking and promotes the discovery of individual strengths.
