TwelveStone Health Partners Announces Ribbon Cutting in Bowling Green, KY

TwelveStone Health Partners, a leading provider of comprehensive chronic care medication services, celebrates with the Bowling Green, Kentucky business and healthcare community at its upcoming ribbon cutting Tuesday, August 18th, starting at 3:00pm and ending at 4:30pm (CST.)The free event, located at 843 Fairview Avenue, Ste. B-5, Bowling Green, KY, 42101, is open to the public and light refreshments will be provided. 
The Bowling Green center joins TwelveStone infusion centers across Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, South Carolina, Alabama, Indiana and Mississippi. Existing Kentucky locations include Lexington and Louisville.
The event will begin with a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce followed by an open house where facility staff will offer tours and describe how their team provides a patient-centric process with a focus on assisting patients with chronic condition management.
