Hey guys,
Thinking about starting a small meal prep service and wanted to gauge interest here first. Quick background: I work in finance, switched to eating whole foods, mostly animal based two years ago, and have never felt better. No afternoon crashes, better sleep, and honestly better-tasting food. Coworkers noticed what I was bringing in and asked to try it, so I've been prepping for a few of them on weekends and they love it.
 The meals are simple: 100% grass fed meats, organic simple carbs, cooked in non-toxic cookware, nothing complicated.
