Tim Bray, Neighbor

Tim Bray is the Broker and Owner of Seaport Real Estate Services, with offices in Mystic and Waterford, Connecticut. A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Economics, Tim was also among the early employees of CoStar Group in Washington, D.C., where he served as a Research Manager, Account Executive, and later Director of National Expansion, helping grow one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate data and research platforms.

Today, Tim and his team at Seaport Real Estate Services work with clients on acquisitions and dispositions, representing both buyers and sellers across residential and commercial markets. Seaport’s agents specialize in niche segments of the real estate industry, allowing the firm to bring deeper expertise and meaningful value to each client they serve.

Seaport leverages national real estate research platforms and data systems—including tools developed by CoStar and other industry databases—to help clients make informed decisions in an increasingly complex real estate market.
