Our PCV Women's Group, with guided discussion on a variety of topics based on the book The Inner Work of Age: Starting from Role to Soul by&nbsp;Connie Zweig, PhD., meets at the Potomac Library once a month, with&nbsp;attendance at the group's monthly meetings free and open to all.


&nbsp;This month, the group&nbsp;will again be led by PCV members Sylvia Diss and Anne Mathews-Younes,&nbsp;pictured above, in a guided discussion on how we can use the later years&nbsp;of our life to explore our dreams and the creativity that we may have postponed earlier in our lives.&nbsp;Please register using the more info link.

Cabin John Village

It's the Scotland Community Juneteenth Festival, with a Community and&nbsp;Heritage Expo at the Cabin John Village Shopping Center on Tuckerman&nbsp;Lane, and&nbsp;PCV will be there, with our "Test Your Aging&nbsp;IQ" game, and sharing our ideas and our mission of enabling older adults&nbsp;to safely age in place, and reduce their social isolation.&nbsp; &nbsp; PCV&nbsp;will be among the dozens of local nonprofit and community groups that&nbsp;will have display booths (under cover, and out of the sun) on the lawn&nbsp;at the back of the shopping center, at the event's Wellness and Social&nbsp;Action Pavilion, all designed to share information to enhance our&nbsp;community's safety, health, wellness and connection.&nbsp;
