Meridian Fitness & Wellness in Manahawkin, which opened in 2001, has been nationally recognized as a recipient of the prestigious "Distinguished Achievement Award" from the Medical Fitness Association ranking the center as the premier medical fitness facility among more than 1,000 similar facilities in the country. With over 20,000 square feet of fitness and wellness space, this state-of-the-art facility offers fully-equipped strength training and cardio areas and several fitness studios including a Group Exercise Room, Spinning Studio and Pilates Studio. Meridian Fitness & Wellness Manahawkin also has an aquatics center which includes an indoor pool, whirlpool and dry sauna. Our Manahawkin location also offers babysitting services (ages 6 months and older) at our Kids’ Club.
