Susan Vernicek always knew she wanted to own her own business-she just didn&#39;t know it would be an online magazine designed to empower women to Accept. Appreciate. Achieve.™<br><br>A native Jersey girl, from Wharton where she still resides, Susan has always had a creative spirit. After graduating with a fine arts degree with a dual focus in graphic design and photography from Frostburg State University, she spent time in England, including a stint as a bartender at a London pub, and then traveled to France, Dubai, and South AFrica. Upon returning home to New Jersey, Susan worked as a graphic artist for a pharmaceutical company.<br><br>Her unfulfilling experiences in the workplace led her to start Identity, an online magazine for women. Now in its fifth year, Identity celebrates all aspects of a woman&#39;s life.
