We see the act of cooking and entertaining as a form of creative expression, an art that encourages the mixing of flavors, spices, techniques and stories. Our interest in cooking dates back to our Greek grandmother’s open-arms approach, letting us taste her delicious creations like her famous spanakopita. Our fascination with food and culture continued during our studies abroad in Europe where we saw firsthand the limitlessness of cooking. To us, the most gratifying part is the sharing of what you make. It’s seeing others’ enjoyment that makes it all worthwhile. We love to experiment with new recipes and make them our own...We hope to inspire you to do the same!
